Beyonce is Back with her most awaited 'Renaissance World Tour'
Pop Queen Beyonce announced her first-ever world tour in 7 years on Wednesday. The singer plans to tour Europe and North America later this year, following the release of her latest album “Renaissance”. The tour announcement- her first in nearly seven years – comes just days before a Grammy Awards ceremony where she is the most-nominated artist.
Beyonce released Renaissance, her seventh studio album containing the hit track Break My Soul, in July 2022. With her latest album, she successfully entered nine nominations at the upcoming Grammy awards.
According to Variety reports, there is an assumption that she may even perform at the ceremony, possibly alongside her husband and fellow superstar Jay-Z, who the entertainment magazine reports will take the stage with rapper and producer DJ Khaled.
The “Renaissance World Tour” will start in Stockholm on May 10, travelling across the continent until the end of June. It will resume in Toronto in July before wrapping in New Orleans in September.
Tickets for North American shows are set to go on sale on February 6, via Ticketmaster.
The “Renaissance” world tour comes after Beyoncé returned to the stage with her grand performance in Dubai last month, marking her first concert in four years.
The Dubai concert is Beyonce’s first live performance since appearing at a Tribute to the late Kobe Bryant and his daughter, Gianna, in 2020. She was reportedly paid $24 million for the performance at the luxury resort for the invitation-only concert, according to TMZ.
As with previous tours, Beyoncé will make her mark offstage, too, with ‘BeyGOOD’, the initiative she founded in 2013 to support people and programs around the world.

In different cities throughout the tour, ‘BeyGOOD’ will support entrepreneurs through Black Parade Route luncheons, celebrating little businesses, and firm owners, with grant prospects being awarded and a foray of services with global partners to promote business sustainability.
A total of one thousand small businesses will be supported with a commitment, while BeyGOOD will also support students through scholarship funds that will be given to colleges and universities in ten different cities along the tour. Each school will be given one hundred thousand dollars and will choose the student recipients.
Beyonce’s return to the world stage also makes the music bosses want a bold bid to bring the Pop Queen to The BRIT Awards 2023 later this month, MailOnline can reveal.
