WME, the world’s largest entertainment agency has announced that it will now represent Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, in all areas.
The agency, WME tweeted, “We are honored to announce that WME now represents Meghan, The Duchess of Sussex in all areas”, through its official Twitter handle.
“The agency will be focusing on building out her business ventures across multiple facets of the agency & its broader ecosystem, including film & television production, brand partnerships & more”, WME added in another tweet.
WME will represent Archewell’s and Prince Harry’s content creation label. Production of film and television, brand partnerships, and overall business-building will be explored. Acting will not be emphasized.
Meghan is trying to focus her business efforts on this relationship. Her lifelong support for women, mothers, and girls will continue to run through her professional activities.
Meanwhile, the Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle, is slated to receive Gloria Steinem’s 2023 Women of Vision award. The award will be presented during Ms. Foundation’s annual gala on May 16, 2023, at New York City’s Ziegfeld Ballroom as part of its 50th-anniversary celebration.
Ms. Foundation, established in Brooklyn, strives to raise awareness of the genuine issues confronting women, particularly women of color and low-income women living in poverty.
Foundation said, “Meghan Markle will receive the award for her global advocacy to empower and advocate on behalf of women and girls”.
