Megan Fox
Megan Fox recently opened up about her stance on transparency regarding cosmetic procedures during a podcast conversation with Alex Cooper on “Call Her Daddy.” While she advocates for honesty about such treatments, she acknowledged the persistent trolling women, including herself, endure despite being transparent.
Reflecting on her own experiences, Fox empathized with figures like Kylie Jenner, noting that even with openness about procedures, unfair criticism persists. “She’s a beautiful, healthy, young, gorgeous girl,” Megan remarked, expressing a desire to defend women facing similar scrutiny.
Addressing her cosmetic history, Fox clarified what procedures she hadn’t undergone. “I’ve never had a facelift, mid-facelift, lateral brow lifts, or regular brow lift,” she stated. “I’ve never done threads or had buccal fat removal or liposuction.”

However, Megan candidly admitted to having had breast augmentation, first in her early twenties and again after breastfeeding her children. “I had to switch them out to this set,” she explained. Additionally, she disclosed having a rhinoplasty in her early twenties but hasn’t undergone any further nose procedures since.
In revealing these details, Fox hoped to contribute to a more honest conversation about cosmetic enhancements, acknowledging both her own choices and the unfair judgments women often face regardless of transparency.
