Sanjay Leela Bhansali, the renowned and highly acclaimed director, surprised the audience today, January 24, by revealing the title of his upcoming “epic-saga,” which is called Love & War.
With Vicky Kaushal, Alia Bhatt, and Ranbir Kapoor as the trio of superstars, the superb casting is what keeps fans interested.
The movie is scheduled to open in theatres on Christmas 2025 of the following year. Vicky Kaushal, Alia Bhatt, and other team members released the announcement poster on social media some time ago. “We bring you Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Epic Saga Love & War,” the poster’s text says.
It says, “See you at the movies!” in addition. December 25, 2025. Moreover, the poster bears the signatures of the lead three performers.
“Love & War,” directed by Bhansali, will feature Vicky Kaushal, Ranbir Kapoor, and Alia Bhatt.

Bhansali Productions, which is bankrolling “Love & War”, shared the announcement on its official X page.
The film marks Bhansali’s second collaboration with Ranbir after the actor’s debut “Saawariya” (2007) and Alia following her National Award-winning turn in 2022’s “Gangubai Kathiawadi”. “Love & War” will be Vicky’s first project with the director.
Alia previously acted as Vicky in “Raazi” and alongside her husband Ranbir in “Brahmastra: Part One – Shiva”. Vicky and Ranbir starred together in “Sanju”.On Instagram, a giddy Vicky announced the movie.

Alia also posted the same image on social media with a heart-on-fire emoji.
Bhansali is also looking forward to the release of his web series debut “Heeramandi” on Netflix.
