Bhojpuri actress Kajal Raghwani recently opened up about a painful relationship on the reality show ‘Rise and Fall 2’, sharing allegations of physical abuse by her former partner.
During a conversation with Anish Bhagat, Kajal became emotional while recalling how she was allegedly pushed to the ground, kicked and assaulted. She alleged that her former partner would pull her hair forcefully.
Recalling one such incident, Kajal said she later found several strands of hair in her hands, a memory that continues to affect her.
Kajal chose not to reveal the person’s identity and said she has never named him publicly and does not intend to do so. She added that people often judge her without knowing what she went through and said she does not feel compelled to explain her personal life to everyone.
Anish Bhagat comforted the actress and expressed hope that she would eventually find someone who treats her with love and respect.
Kajal said her past experiences have made it difficult for her to trust people again.
The actress has previously spoken about difficult experiences during ‘Bhojpuri Bawaal’. She recalled her childhood and alleged that her father physically abused her mother, saying that witnessing her mother’s suffering left a deep impact on her.
Kajal further said difficult circumstances at home pushed her towards the Bhojpuri industry. She alleged that she faced physical abuse and threats involving her family, but chose to remain silent, concentrate on her career and move forward.
