On the 44th wedding anniversary of veteran actors Dharmendra and Hema Malini, one of Bollywood’s most cherished pairs, their daughter Esha shared a sweet photo of Dharmendra and Hema Malini to wish her parents a happy anniversary.
Hema Malini is seen in the picture resting her head on Dharmendra’s shoulder. The Bollywood Dream Girl seems stunning in a floral design. In contrast, Dharmendra appears stylish wearing a green shirt.
“Happy anniversary to my papa & mamma. I adore you, I love you & I just want to hug you,” she captioned the post.
The actors were married in 1980 and have two beautiful daughters: Esha Deol and Ahana Deol. Hema is actor’s second. Along with his two sons, Sunny and Bobby Deol, Dharmendra also had two daughters, Prakash Kaur, was his first wife.
While filming Tum Haseen Main Jawan in 1970, Dharmendra and Hema Malini got to know each other for the first time. In the movie, the two were in the lead roles. Despite the fact that Dharmendra was a married father of four children, the two grew to love each other over time. But in 1980, the couple finally got married.
In the meantime, Dharmendra’s most recent film appearance was in “Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya,” starring Kriti Sanon and Shahid Kapoor. The next film starring Sriram Raghavan is “Ikkis.”
Hema Malini is keeping busy during her political tenure as the Lok Sabha elections are still going on. After serving as the BJP’s representative in Mathura since 2014, the candidate is running for reelection. In the Mathura constituency, she is running against Mukesh Dhangar of the Congress.
