Laapataa Ladies Box Office Collection
Day 7 box office collection for Laapataa Ladies: Laapataa Ladies, directed by Kiran Rao, opened in theaters on March 1. According to Sacnilk.com, the movie has made more than ₹6 crore in India so far. Sparsh Shrivastav, Nitanshi Goel, Pratibha Ratna, and Ravi Kishan play important roles in the movie.
On the first day, the movie brought in ₹75 lakh; on the second, ₹1.45 crore; on the third, ₹1.7 crore; and on the fourth, ₹50 lakh. It made ₹55 lakh on the fifth day and ₹53 lakh on the sixth. Early estimates state that on its seventh day in India, the movie brought in ₹55 lakh nett. The movie has made ₹6.03 crore in India so far. When Laapataa Ladies was first released, it was well-reviewed.
The movie is based on Biplab Goswami’s multi-award winning story. The screenplay and dialogue were written by Sneha Desai, while Divyanidhi Sharma is credited with contributing more dialogue. Jyoti Deshpande, Aamir Khan, and Kiran are the producers. Produced by Aamir Khan Productions and Kiran Rao’s Kindling Productions, it is presented by Jio Studios.

Recently, writer Sneha Desai talked about the film with news agency PTI. She had said, “We wanted to celebrate the goodness in people. So, even though the film contains a lot a feminist message, we’ve not gone through the male bashing because the male characters are very good, barring a couple who are villains. There is a part of them which is so good, naive, and innocent that we wanted to celebrate.”

Laapataa Ladies tells the tale of two brides, Phool and Pushpa, who unintentionally switch places on a train and are situated in the fictional state of Nirmal Pradesh.
