The announcement of Phir Hera Pheri 3 has created a buzz among fans, with many eagerly awaiting the return of Akshay Kumar, Suniel Shetty, and Paresh Rawal in this much-anticipated sequel.
Recently, Paresh Rawal dropped a major hint regarding the potential release date of the film, further fueling the excitement.
While sharing the re-release trailer for his iconic film Andaz Apna Apna on X (formerly Twitter), a netizen asked Paresh about the release date of Hera Pheri 3, commenting, “We are waiting for Babu Bhai Mr Teza.”
In response, Paresh Rawal teased fans by replying, “Soon soon! Before the next monsoon!”
Though Paresh’s comment sparked speculation, it remains unclear whether his response referred directly to the release of Hera Pheri 3.
The film is expected to hit the big screens in the first half of 2026, but the exact date is still under wraps.
Fans are hopeful that the sequel will arrive sooner rather than later.
The excitement surrounding Hera Pheri 3 reached new heights in January when director Priyadarshan confirmed that the much-anticipated sequel was in the works.
On his birthday, Priyadarshan responded to a social media post from Akshay Kumar, wishing him well and adding, “Thank you so much for your wishes @akshaykumar. In return, I would like to give you a gift, I’m willing to do Hera Pheri 3, Are you ready, Akshay, @suniel.shetty & @pareshrawalofficial?” This confirmed the continuation of the beloved franchise.
The first film in the Hera Pheri franchise, released in 2000, became an instant hit with audiences.
A remake of the Malayalam film Ramji Rao Speaking, it quickly became a cult classic.
