Blake Lively Will Not Be Attending 2023 Met Gala

Blake Lively is the Met Gala’s fave. Fans await her style quotient with bated breath. However, the Gossip Girl actor will not be present this year.

The actress has revealed that she will not be attending the 2023 Met Gala on May 1, 2023.

But the fashionista has also indicated that she would be keeping an eye on this year’s red-carpet looks, which is based on the theme of ‘Karl Lagerfeld: A Line of Beauty’.

On April 27, 2023, at the reopening celebration of Tiffany & Co.’s flagship store in New York City, Blake Lively said, “I will be watching”, and quipped that she’ll wear her cherished 2022 Met Gala look “on my couch on Monday”.

Blake wore an Atelier Versace gown with exquisite detailing and a huge bow to the event last year. The ribbon was then loosened on the carpet, revealing green cloth in a stunning metamorphosis.

It was an iconic and systematic ensemble that paid multiple homages to New York City.

Ryan and Blakes’s fourth child was in February. Blake did not express himself clearly. Rather she posted a picture of herself without the baby bump and a cryptic note. James, Inez, and Betty are the couple’s three daughters.

Ryan previously discussed how the couple’s three girls felt about the new addition.

“They’re on board. They adore it”, he remarked of his girls. “They’re ready”, he added.

“I’m very excited”, the star said of his personal emotions.

Lively announced her fourth pregnancy in September, showing off her baby bump on the red carpet for the 10th Annual Forbes Power Women’s Summit.
