“Barbie Movie Could Not Match The Level Of Bollywood In…” Says Shahid Kapoor’s Wife Mira

The latest Hollywood movie – Barbie is getting a really mixed bag of reactions from different people. One such reaction came from Shahid Kapoor’s wife, Mira Kapoor. Mrs. Kapoor recently watched the movie and shred her review of the movie via social media. She expressed that the choreography and dancing of Ryan Gosling and Margot Robbie could not match the level of Bollywood. The lead actors, Gosling and Robbie, are seen dancing in a still from Barbie that Mira posted on her Instagram story. Along with it, she wrote, “Hollywood this, Hollywood that. Well, Hollywood can’t do song-and-dance like Bollywood can!”

This is not just about Mira Kapoor

Apart from Mira Kapoor, a television actress – Juhi Parmar also wrote a long drawn message on this movie. The wrote against the movie and revealed that she walked out of theatre within just 15 minutes. According to her, the movie was not meant for children to watch and she had gone there with her daughter. Hence, there was dissatisfaction in the TV actor’s note.

Barbie has always been a go to toy for girls since the day Barbie has come into being. The doll can be seen in every little girl’s toy box. It allows the girls to build fantasy stories and then create their own fantasy world. Now, with this image and scenario one would only think that the movie will be suitable for children. But to sheer disappointment of the Indian TV actress, this was not.

The Mattel doll-based movie has been dominating the box office globally, but in India it is trailing Christopher Nolan’s Oppenheimer.
