Arun Govil, Dipika Chikhlia Reunite After 39 Years In Film NOTICE; OTT Release Date Confirmed

Actors Arun Govil and Dipika Chikhlia will reunite on screen after nearly 39 years in the upcoming social drama NOTICE. The film will premiere on Waves OTT on November 6, 2026, at 12 noon. It explores the struggles of an ordinary family against administrative corruption and injustice.

The makers have released the film’s trailer ahead of its digital premiere. Following its OTT release, the film will reach audiences through 36 major satellite television channels in a phased broadcast.

Film Cast Visits Bharat Express

The film’s cast recently visited the Bharat Express headquarters in Sector 63, Noida. Senior actor Pankaj Jha, who earned recognition for playing Vidhayak Ji in the popular web series Panchayat, joined producer-actor Aditya Pratap Singh Raghuvanshi and other cast members.

During their visit, the actors discussed the film’s storyline, its social message and the challenges they faced during production.

The story centres on a middle-class family and its 150-year-old ancestral shop. Administrative collusion and government officials attempt to evict the family by serving a notice. However, the family refuses to give in and fights for its rights, truth and justice.

The film carries the tagline, “The only truth about truth is that it is truth.”

Aditya Pratap Singh Raghuvanshi has produced the film under the banner of APS Entertainment Production, while Pradeep Gupta has directed it. Aditya Raghuvanshi and his team have developed the story and screenplay.

Arun Govil and Dipika Chikhlia lead the cast. Pankaj Jha, Aditya Raghuvanshi, Tripurari Yadav, Thakur Rajveer Singh and debutante actress Nagina Bopche play pivotal roles.
