Article 370 Box Office Collection Reaches Nearly ₹30 Crore in India

Directed by Aditya Suhas Jambhale, “Article 370” premiered globally on February 23, captivating audiences with its political-action drama. According to Sacnilk.com, the film has garnered an impressive ₹29.40 crore at the Indian box office within five days of its release, showcasing its strong performance.

The film’s box office journey started with a robust opening, earning ₹5.9 crore on its first day. Subsequently, it continued its successful run, accumulating ₹7.4 crore on the second day and ₹9.6 crore on the third. Even on its fourth day, the film maintained momentum, collecting ₹3.25 crore. Early estimates suggest that “Article 370” added another ₹3.25 crore on its fifth day, consolidating its position further.

Starring Yami Gautam in the lead role of intelligence officer Zooni Haksar, the narrative unfolds against the picturesque backdrop of Jammu and Kashmir. “Article 370” delves into the significant revocation of Article 370, which granted special constitutional privileges to the region. Alongside Yami, the film features Priyamani, Arun Govil, and Kiran Karmarkar in pivotal roles. Produced by Jyoti Deshpande, Aditya Dhar, and Lokesh Dhar, the film is a collaboration between Jio Studios and Aditya Dhar’s banner B62 Studios. Described as “inspired by true events that shaped the fate of Kashmir,” the film aims to offer a compelling narrative.

She highlighted the significance of tackling such subjects, emphasizing the team’s dedication to delivering a meaningful cinematic experience.
