Arijit Singh, one of India’s most acclaimed playback singers, is ready to explore a new creative frontier. Known for hits like Tum Hi Ho and Kesariya, Singh is now venturing into film direction with an ambitious jungle adventure project.
Industry insiders revealed that the film is being produced by Mahaveer Jain, with whom Singh is collaborating closely to craft a story that resonates across audiences in India.
The film, co-written by Arijit Singh and Koyel Singh, promises a fresh take on the adventure genre.
A source involved in the production shared, “Arijit is directing a unique jungle adventure. The concept is innovative, and Mahaveer Jain is leaving no stone unturned to ensure the film is a visual and emotional experience for a pan-India audience.”
Pre-production is already underway, with casting decisions in progress. The team will formally announce the film once they finalise the cast and title.
Sudipta Bhattacharya, Mrighdeep Singh Lamba, and Bala Saheb Darade are producing the film under Mahaveer Jain Films and Alokdyuti Films, with God Bless Entertainment co-producing it.
The collaboration reflects a strong backing and creative confidence in Arijit’s directorial vision.

The production house is also backing NaagZilla, starring Kartik Aaryan, and White, a spiritual international thriller inspired by the life of Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. White, starring Vikrant Massey, is already under production in collaboration with Siddharth Anand.
With Arijit Singh stepping behind the camera, expectations are high for a unique cinematic experience.
