Aligarh Fake Murder: Life Of A Youth Spoiled

Aligarh Fake Murder: An intriguing movie premise would include a deceased woman coming back to life together with her husband and children. The emotional drama that ensues when a deceased person comes back to life with a brand-new existence while the accused is still in jail is something that only occurs in movies, and it is thrilling to witness.

Nobody anticipates it to occur in real life. But you’ll think differently after reading this UP article. A lady who was pronounced dead years ago has suddenly been discovered alive, married, and pregnant.

A young woman from Aligarh who had visited a nearby shrine in 2015 was reported missing. According to reports, a 17-year-old girl’s father reportedly reported his daughter missing on February 17, 2015, after she visited a nearby shrine.

In accordance with IPC sections 363 and 366, a FIR was filed in the matter against unidentified parties. A dead corpse was discovered a few days after the event, and as the investigation into the matter continued, Vishnu was charged with the girl’s murder.

Since that time, Vishnu has been imprisoned in Aligarh serving out his sentence. Seven years have passed since the tragedy, and Vishnu has spent the entire time behind bars.

Aligarh Fake Murder: The Girl Is Alive And Well

The girl who was pronounced dead seven years ago has reportedly been discovered alive, according to the most current developments in the case.

Not only is she inexplicably still alive, but she is married and has two kids. The woman reportedly eloped with her partner and was married, according to the police report.

The couple later moved to the Hathras district. In the meantime, Vishnu’s mother entered the court and begged for justice for her son, who was charged with kidnapping and murdering the victim when she was an adolescent.

When the court offered no assistance, Vishnu’s mother made the decision to handle the situation on her own. In order to establish her son’s innocence, his mother began gathering proof.

She spent a lot of time looking before discovering that the missing girl is alive and has been residing in Agra for the entire time. After learning the girl’s identity, Vishnu’s mother reportedly turned to some Hindu activists in Aligarh for assistance before approaching SSP Kalanidhi Naithani.

According to Vishnu’s mother, the girl’s family is currently attempting to get her to “compromise” in the matter.
