Elon Musk: After a flurry of changes on Twitter in the last few days, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the microblogging site Elon Musk has started a poll on Twitter. He has asked people through this poll whether he should leave the post of head of Twitter.
Twitter CEO polled and asked, “Should I resign as head of Twitter?” I will follow the results of this poll.” In another tweet, he said, “Going forward there will be voting for major policy changes, I apologise, this will not happen again.”

There has been a stir after this tweet
Though Musk’s Twitter poll is a circus act that will satisfy his appetite for drama, it is ultimately meaningless. Musk has previously stated that he has no intention of remaining as Twitter’s CEO indefinitely, instead appointing a scapegoat to clean up his mess. The poll also provides no indication of a timeline.
As a result, if Twitter users vote for Musk to resign, he can pull the trigger whenever it suits him while claiming to be humbly following the will of the people. If Twitter users vote for Musk to stay, he can stay as long as he wants before stepping down as Twitter’s beloved king, making the ultimate sacrifice for a higher calling.
