Texmaco JV Co Secures Rs. 179 Cr Order

Texmaco said that their joint venture with SS Fabricators and Manufacturers received an order worth Rs 179.89 crore from SJVN Arun-3 Power Development Company Limited, which is developing a 900MW run-of-the-river hydropower project in Nepal.

The Pressure Shaft Steel Liner procurement, fabrication, shop assembly, painting, testing, transportation, supply, erection, site testing, and commissioning are all part of the scope of work.

Kilburn Engineering will purchase ME Energy at Rs 99 crore.

Kilburn Engineering Ltd., a subsidiary of the Kolkata-based Williamson Magor Group, stated on Wednesday that it has acquired ME Energy, a provider of waste heat recovery and waste heat reutilization systems, for around Rs 99 crore.

Kilburn said in a statement that the acquisition is a strategic step to expand its expertise and fortify its position in the thermal engineering systems industry.
