Stock market closed: Market closed Strongly, Nifty Rose by 1%

Stock market closed:  The market closed with strength on the last day of the trading week. After two days of decline in the market, a spectacular bounceback was seen. Nifty climbed 244 points and closed at 17,854, Nifty Bank climbed 830 points and closed at 41,500. Meanwhile, Sensex closed at 60,842 with a gain of 910 points. Of the 50 Nifty stocks, 36 closed in the green and 14 in the red. Out of 12 Nifty Bank shares, 11 closed in the green and 1 in the red. Buying was seen in 27 stocks of Sensex while selling was seen in 3. Pressure was seen in energy, pharma, realty and stocks. PSE, FMCG index closed with gains. Buying was seen in banking, auto, infra and stocks.
