ITC Hotels Inks Management Arrangement For Welcomhotel Kalimpong

On Thursday, ITC Hotels announced the signing of a management agreement with a construction company for the Welcomhotel Kalimpong resort in West Bengal.

According to the corporate release, the 70-key greenfield project would span four acres of land and feature luxury accommodations with views of the Himalayas and the valley.

The business announced the signing of a management agreement with Pravez Constructions Private Ltd. for the Welcomhotel Kalimpong resort.

“With the upcoming property of Welcomhotel Kalimpong, the group will have a strong presence across West Bengal with eight hotels across various segments”, said Anil Chadha, Divisional Chief Executive of ITC Hotels.

He also stated that Welcomhotel’s brand is growing quickly across both business and leisure locations.

Among other things, the new facility in north Bengal will contain an all-day dining restaurant, a lounge, and a bar.

The group portfolio presently includes 25 Welcomhotels across India with more on the way, according to the company.
