Several world leaders have praised PM Modi’s leadership and India’s progress during his tenure. King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck of Bhutan awarded Modi the country’s highest honour, the Order of the Druk Gyalpo, in recognition of India’s unwavering support for Bhutan. Bhutan’s Prime Minister, Tshering Tobgay, also advocated for a permanent seat for India in the United Nations Security Council, acknowledging India’s rising importance on the global stage.
