Adani Sportsline recently organized a unique pickleball tournament for Ahmedabad’s radio professionals at the Sabarmati Riverfront Sports Park in Paldi.
The event, dubbed the ‘Ahmedabad Radio Pickleball Smash’, brought together teams from the city’s top radio stations, including Radio City, Fever FM, Radio Mirchi, and MyFM, for a friendly yet competitive evening of sports.
The tournament, played in doubles format, featured 24 participants along with their families.
An introductory session explained the rules of pickleball to ensure everyone could enjoy the game.
Officials divided the competition into three groups, each with four teams.
Notable participants included RJ Harsh from Radio Mirchi, RJ Harshil and RJ Saurabh from Radio City, VP Rajiv Patel from Radio City, and RJ Tushar from MyFM.
Radio Mirchi emerged as the top performers, securing both the first and second places.
RJ Harsh and his partner Aditya Bhat won the tournament, while their teammates Pranav Pujara and Het Shah took second place.
