Adani Ports Q2 Revenue Rises 24% To ₹11,340 Crore; Raises FY27 Guidance

Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited (APSEZ) reported a 24 per cent year-on-year (YoY) rise in consolidated revenue to ₹11,340 crore in Q2 FY27, ended September 30. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) increased 23 per cent to ₹6,807 crore, driven by strong performances across its ports, logistics and marine businesses.

Domestic ports remained the company’s primary earnings driver, with revenue growing 13 per cent and EBITDA margin reaching 72.5 per cent.

International ports recorded a 71 per cent revenue surge, while EBITDA rose 3.4 times. The segment’s EBITDA margin touched a record 47.7 per cent during the quarter.

The logistics business posted 21 per cent revenue growth, supported by the expansion of its integrated “shore-to-door” network.

Marine revenue climbed 57 per cent, driven by global fleet expansion and the company’s entry into subsea services.

Whole-time Director and CEO Ashwani Gupta said APSEZ’s diversified businesses continued to expand while maintaining financial discipline. He highlighted the company’s balance-sheet strength and growing cash flows as key enablers of its expansion plans.

Following strong first-half results, APSEZ raised its FY27 revenue guidance by ₹1,000 crore to ₹44,000 crore-₹46,000 crore. It increased its EBITDA outlook by ₹1,000 crore to ₹26,000 crore–₹27,000 crore.

The company raised its capital expenditure guidance by ₹3,000 crore to ₹15,000 crore-₹17,000 crore to accelerate investments towards its Ambition 2031 targets.

During the first half of FY27, APSEZ generated operating cash flow of ₹13,327 crore, which funded investments worth ₹10,521 crore.

Its net debt-to-EBITDA ratio remained at 1.8 times despite cumulative capital expenditure of ₹30,346 crore over the past two years.
