Adani Ports Q1 FY27: Net Profit Rises 10% To Rs 3,650 Crore

Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited (APSEZ) on Wednesday reported a 10 per cent year-on-year rise in consolidated net profit to ₹3,650 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, driven by strong growth across its domestic and international ports, marine and logistics businesses.

The company’s consolidated revenue increased 19 per cent to ₹10,821 crore in the April-June quarter from ₹9,126 crore a year earlier.

Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) also grew 19 per cent year-on-year to ₹6,541 crore, reflecting improved operational performance across key business segments.

International operations emerged as a major growth driver during the quarter.

Revenue from overseas ports surged 80 per cent year-on-year to ₹1,747 crore, while EBITDA jumped 256 per cent to ₹730 crore.

APSEZ attributed the strong performance to robust operations in Australia and Colombo, highlighting the growing maturity and profitability of its international portfolio.

Commenting on the results, Whole-time Director and CEO Ashwani Gupta said APSEZ’s diversified business model and global presence continued to drive growth. He added that while domestic ports remained the company’s earnings backbone, its international ports, marine and logistics businesses had become key growth drivers.

Domestic ports revenue rose 12 per cent year-on-year with an EBITDA margin of 74 per cent, while the marine business grew 67 per cent to ₹901 crore, supported by offshore vessel additions and expansion of European subsea operations.
