Adani One Crosses Five Million Members In Just 10 Months

Adani Airport Holdings Limited (AAHL) has announced that its Adani One consumer platform has enrolled more than five million members in just 10 months since the introduction of Adani Rewards.

The milestone reflects the increasing preference among travellers for digital services that make airport experiences more convenient while offering value through rewards.

The Adani Rewards programme operates across all eight airports managed by AAHL in seven states.

Using the Adani One app, passengers can collect reward points on purchases made at airport retail outlets, restaurants and other participating services before redeeming them for a variety of travel-related benefits.

Enrolment is quick and can be completed using a mobile number at the time of purchase.

Members can later exchange their accumulated points for complimentary refreshments, premium airport facilities, and other exclusive offerings available through the app.

Encouraged by the programme’s rapid expansion, AAHL plans to roll out a tier-based membership system later this year.

The new model will provide frequent travellers with personalised privileges, additional rewards and an enhanced airport experience.

A company spokesperson described the five-million-member milestone as an important achievement and said AAHL would continue expanding the programme by introducing new features and wider member benefits across its airport network.

According to the company, festive and seasonal campaigns, including Diwali, Winterfest and the Summer Carnival, have played a key role in increasing user participation.

AAHL remains India’s largest public-private partnership airport operator, overseeing airports in Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Mangaluru, Jaipur, Guwahati, Thiruvananthapuram, and the upcoming Navi Mumbai Airport.

The company aims to further strengthen its digital ecosystem by introducing additional enhancements to the Adani Rewards platform in the months ahead.
