On February 23, 2025, Adani Group released its Tax Transparency Report for the financial year 2023-24, highlighting an impressive ₹58,104 crore contribution to global taxes and public finances.
This substantial figure represents a significant increase from the previous year’s ₹46,610 crore and reflects the group’s commitment to transparent corporate practices.
The report covers the tax contributions of seven listed Adani companies, including Adani Enterprises, Adani Ports & SEZ, Adani Green Energy, Adani Energy Solutions, Adani Power, Adani Total Gas, and Ambuja Cements.
Additionally, the report includes taxes contributed by NDTV, ACC, and Sanghi Industries, which are owned by the group’s listed companies.
Adani Group Chairman Gautam Adani emphasized that transparency is the foundation of trust, which is essential for sustainable development.
In addition, he remarked, “As one of India’s largest taxpayers, our responsibility extends beyond mere compliance.
We are committed to operating with integrity and accountability, contributing every rupee to the nation’s financial system.”

The TTR includes direct, indirect, and other contributions made by Adani companies in the global tax ecosystem.
