Adani Green Energy Ltd announced its financial results for FY26, highlighting robust expansion and operational strength.
The company achieved a record greenfield capacity addition of 5.1 GW, marking a 1.5x rise over FY25. Its operational capacity increased 35 per cent year-on-year to 19.3 GW, maintaining its leadership in India’s renewable energy sector.
Revenue from power supply rose 22 per cent to Rs 11,602 crore. EBITDA grew 23 per cent to Rs 10,865 crore.
The company sustained an industry-leading EBITDA margin of 91 per cent. Cash profit increased 11 per cent to Rs 5,399 crore. Energy sales surged 34 per cent to 37,567 million units.
The expansion was driven by strong execution at resource-rich sites in Khavda, Gujarat, and Rajasthan.
The company installed 1,376 MWh battery storage capacity at Khavda and targets over 10,000 MWh by FY27.
Its total portfolio can power 8.7 million homes and offset 36 million tonnes of carbon emissions annually.
The Khavda project, spanning 538 sq km, is progressing as the world’s largest renewable energy plant with a 30 GW target by 2029.
Advanced technologies, including bifacial modules and robotic cleaning, enhanced efficiency.
The company exceeded power purchase commitments, achieving 106 per cent generation. It also secured top ESG recognition, including CareEdge ESG 1+ rating and global rankings by Sustainalytics and CDP.
