Adani Electricity Tops 3 National Rankings For Excellence

Adani Electricity has once again demonstrated its leadership in the Indian energy sector by securing top rankings in three major national assessments.

Firstly, the company achieved the number one position in the 13th Integrated Rating Exercise conducted by Power Finance Corporation (PFC).

In addition to this, it received an A+ grade for customer service in the Consumer Service Rating by the Rural Electrification Corporation (REC). Moreover, Adani Electricity clinched the number one spot in the inaugural Distribution Utilities Ranking (DUR) Report for FY 2023-24.

In the DUR report, Adani Electricity excelled across various performance metrics, earning a combined score of 93.5-the highest among urban utilities.

The company scored exceptionally well in performance excellence with a 99.8 rating and achieved 90.0 in consumer service, reflecting its robust customer satisfaction levels.

Adani Electricity also earned perfect scores in key areas such as Renewable Purchase Obligation (RPO) compliance, communicable system metering, and resource adequacy planning.
