Washington. Strangely enough a lawsuit is filed against PM Modi, Andhra CM Reddy, Gautam Adani an American doctor who by origin is an Indian.
The Indian-American doctor alleges that PM Narendra Modi, Gautam Adani and Jagan Mohan Reddy along with others, are engaged in corruption. In his allegations the petitioner says that massive cash transfers to the US is going on and they are also using Pegasus spyware against their political opponents.
Along with PM Modi,tThe lawsuit is against the business tycoon Gautam Adani and Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy which is raising many eyebrows.
The lawsuit filed in Washington by this Indian-American doctor against the two political stalwarts and one financial tycoon seems to be on a host of issues, which include Pegasus spyware and corruption.
And subsequently the US District Court for the District of Columbia has also issued summons to all these leaders and the summon is also against several others. On the other hand it has been considered as “dead on arrival lawsuit” by the eminent Indian-American attorney from New York Ravi Batra.
