I.N.D.I.A. : Who Ruined Nitish Kumar’s Dreams?

The sole reason was the sole aim of the opposition – Remove the NDA government at the Center from power! This was the long cherished deep desire which brought them together and thus to fight NDA they came out with a formation called I.N.D.I.A. In other words seeing the faces, fames and philosophies of the leader in it, it appears to be the Individuals with Nationally Divided Ideologies’ Alliance.

This is what has happened many times in the past and India has seen the result of such Never-To-Come-Together Alliances.  Same seems happening here too. Due to the race for the post of PM, hurdles have started emerging regarding the target. There was a rumor in the political corridor that Bihar CM Nitish Kumar was willing to become the coordinator.

In the second meeting of the opposition alliance INDIA also Nitish looked indignant since the name of the Convener was not announced. In fact, the person in the role of the coordinator in the coalition, is going to be the face of the PM with everyone’s consent and that will be final. This inner reality proved shocking to Nitish Kumar.

But since the political face, bigger than every state in the INDIA alliance, is in the race for the post of PM. In such a situation, RJD supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav didn’t hesitate to shatter Nitish’s dream of becoming the PM candidate. Lalu made it clear that there will not be just one Convener in the India Alliance, but there will be a Convener from each state. In such a situation, it is clear that no single Convenor will be in a big role and the candidature for the post of PM will also be selected only after within the party elections.

Nitish’s dream of becoming PM has been shattered by this move of Lalu. This is what made Nitish say now that he does not want to be the coordinator but wants people from all opposition parties to come together.

Truth is that Lalu Prasad Yadav wants to see Rahul Gandhi as the groom for the post of PM. That’s why he mentioned Rahul’s marriage in the meeting of the opposition alliance and also said that he wants to see him as the groom. It is clear that Lalu has explained in gestures that he wishes to see Rahul becoming PM. On the other hand, Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot and Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel have announced Rahul’s claim for the post of PM.
