Congressman Raja Pateria’s Controversial Remark On PM Modi: The Expression of Frustration is A Political Harakiri

Raja Pateria’s Controversial Remark On PM Modi: This was not only unexpected but also a political harakiri by Congress. MP Congress Vice President Raj Pateria’s statement of ‘killing’ Prime Minister Narendra Modi is shocking.

Raja Pateria’s Controversial Remark On PM Modi: Now Raja Pateria clarifies it saying, by killing he meant defeating Modi. Coming out with excuses, Pateria now says in his defense that he is a Gandhi bhakt and Lohia admirer. The autocratic statement has not only gotten him arrested, but also succeeded strengthening people’s sympathy towards Congress’ political rival BJP, especially PM Modi.

Raja Pateria’s Controversial Remark On PM Modi: Today if Lohia and Gandhi were alive today, they would certainly have lost temper on it.  Not only Pateria is being condemned by BJP leaders , but many Congress leaders also condemn his too negative remark. A senior state leader like him who also is an MP and has also been an MLA and a minister, is not expected to come out with something like this.

On the other hand this statement of Pateria, kicked off series of good wishes for Modi, hurting Congress badly. How can he forget, that on Sonia Gandhi’s birthday, PM Modi himself had wished her a long life wishing her good health. If the Congress leaders or any other Modi rival feels upset with Modi, they can strongly oppose him, but talking about his murder and simultaneously calling himself a Gandhian is is truly too hypocrisy.

This is not how you become Gandhian. This basically is the language of criminals. What does such kind of statement prove? Now obviously the Congress leaders are stuck in the quagmire with deep despair. Now they are compelled to feel that no one now can remove Modi in his lifetime. This is the reason now this manifestation of suffocation is being displayed in this kinda insincere statements.

Never so far in the free India’s political history any such poisonous statement been made against any Prime Minister. Unfortunately for the Congress, that the statement has come from their platform which had its two top leaders as prime ministers were killed and their third top leader also died in an accident. Issuing such a statement not only is an evidence of the sick mentality, but it also tells that the leaders who call themselves experienced, do not have any understanding with political ethics.

Accusing Modi of dividing India saying that only Congress talks about ‘uniting India’ sounds too ridiculous. Describing this that Modi’s assassination is imperative to protect the Constitution is no less than zeroing the impact of Rahul’s Bharat-Jodo Yatra.

On the part of the historical party, Congress should without fail expel leaders of this kind right away which might save party’s honor to some extent. This is the sad instance out of which all leaders of all parties must learn a lesson and get dispensed with such autocratic rhetoric in future.
