Following Prime Minister Narendra Modi's call for cleanliness, areas formerly occupied by debris, abandoned furniture, and construction materials have been transformed into staff lounges and courtyards, among other areas in government offices.

For example, the Department of Posts decided to transform a 1,600 square-foot dump yard with unwanted items located above the 'Sancharika canteen' in the Dak Bhawan Annexe building.

A different space at Dak Bhawan called "aangan" is a transformative space that was created by carving out another underutilized area that was full of typical office junk, such as outdated electronics and furniture.

Similar to this, the Ministry of Railways' headquarters, Rail Bhawan, has modern office cabins in one of its wings, restrooms, and hallways thanks to ongoing cleaning initiatives.

Railway Board Secretary Milind K. Deouskar briefed the media, stating that the Ministry of Railways has been conducting the cleanliness campaign in a very organized and effective manner.

At this location, the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) office under the Ministry of Communications, Sanchar Bhawan, creative initiatives have been implemented.

At Sanchar Bhawan, parking lots and dump yards have been converted into a gym, staff recreation area, and canteen.
