PM Modi Explores Assam's Wilderness in Thrilling Jungle Safari Adventure

Ahead of a series of events in four states, Prime Minister Narendra Modi started his weekend with a jungle safari in Kaziranga National Park in Assam.
After traveling to Assam yesterday, Prime Minister Modi spent this morning going on a jungle safari through the Kaziranga National Park and Tiger Reserve.
In the Central Kohora Range of the park, he went on his first elephant safari. After that, he and forest officials went on a jeep safari in the same area.
In the post, PM wrote, "This morning I was at the Kaziranga National Park in Assam. Nestled amidst lush greenery, this UNESCO World Heritage site is blessed with diverse flora and fauna including the majestic one-horned rhinoceros."
At approximately 10:30 am, the PM will dedicate the Sela Tunnel to the country at the "Viksit Bharat Viksit North East" event in Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh.
PM Modi also fed sugar cane to Lakhimai, Pradyumna, and Phoolmai (The elephants).
