The Delhi Chalo March has paused after the center proposed a 5-year plan.

Farmers, however, said that the march could resume if all the demands are not fulfilled.

Arjun Munda, Piyush Goyal, and Nityaanand Rai held the 4th round of talks with farmers from Haryana and Punjab.

Goyal said the panel has proposed the buying of pulses, maize, and cotton crops by govt agencies at MSP for 5 years after agreeing with farmers.

The farmer leaders said they will discuss the government's proposal in their forums over the next 2 days and thereafter, decide the future course of action.
