Soak 250 Grams of Almonds in Hot Water for an Hour. The Base of this Healthy Fats & Magnesium Rich delight is Almonds.
Soak Almonds
After 1 Hour, get rid of the water and peel the almonds. Water Soaked Almonds are easy to peel. Then, use a grinder to grind the almonds.

In a separate small bowl, add Kesar (saffron) and pre-boiled milk, let it sit for a minimum 10 minutes.

Heat a wok in low flame & add in a generous amount of ghee, not too much though, and let the ghee turn clear.

Now, add sooji (semolina) in the pan and fry for about a minute. Make sure all of it is done on low flame.

Add in your ground almond and fry it till it is light golden in color.

Take half a litre of pre-boiled milk & drop it like it's hot... in the pan. Cook & stir until it thickens. After thickening, add your Saffron-Milk and mix well.

Now add 250 grams of sugar and cook it for 15 minutes. Don't forget to stir while at it.

Lastly, add one spoonful of ghee, cook for a while Now, the mouth watering Badam Halwa ready to serve!
