Ocular syphilis is an eye condition that can happen if you have syphilis which is not treated well in time.
Syphilis is a bacterial STI, which can be transmitted during any kind of sexual intercourse with infected person.
This can severely damage eyes as it may lead to cataracts, swelling and blindness in some cases.
Signs and symptoms of Ocular Syphilis
Painless sore on genitals that goes away, infection spreads with rash around the eye
Eye floaters
Severe pain in the eyes and sensitivity to light or photophobia
Abnormal eye movements
Blurred vision or vision loss
