A few weeks back, actor Ranbir Kapoor referred to his upcoming movie Animal as a "adult-rated Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham" during the trailer's premiere.
When the actor talked about the Sandeep Reddy Vanga-directed movie, he was being kind.
It makes the poison of Arjun Reddy and Kabir Singh (both Vanga adaptations, in Telugu and Hindi, respectively) seem insignificant.
The brutality in the teaser is just a small sample of what happens on screen for three hours and twenty-one minutes, so Animal is not for the timid.
Sandeep Reddy Vanga, a writer, editor, and director, stated in an interview that he would teach India how to make action pictures, and he wasn't kidding.
The action sequences, which are gorgeously choreographed and have an amazing background score, are entirely original to Bollywood.
Everything gets overwhelming by the second part. The bloodshed, gore, brutality, toxicity, and even Ranbir Kapoor himself.
Ranbir Kapoor's effortless portrayal of the tormented man-child is a bit disconcerting. He did a fantastic job playing the role.
In totality the movie is ruling the big screen.
