WhatsApp has introduced a new feature allowing users to send photos and videos in high-definition (HD). This feature enables users to share compressed versions of their original media files in HD resolution, offering a significant improvement over the standard SD option.

Are you an android user? You’re at the right spot. Here's a step-by-step guide:

Open WhatsApp and navigate to the chat of the person you wish to send the file to.

Once in the chat, locate the paperclip icon on the right side of the chatbox and tap on it.

This action will bring up multiple options on your screen. Look for the icon shaped like a camera labeled 'Gallery'.

Tap on 'Gallery' and select the video or image you want to share.

selecting the files, locate the HD button at the top of the image and tap on it.

Choose the 'HD quality' option and then press the send button to share the media in high-definition.
