Users may now follow PM Modi on WhatsApp to get his updates. Administrators can now share text, photographs, videos, stickers, and polls with their followers
WhatsApp Channel is a one-way broadcasting feature that enables managers to share a variety of content types with their followers, including text, multimedia, and polls
WhatsApp Channels are accessible through a dedicated tab called "Updates," apart from your regular chats with family, friends, and communities
Ensure that WhatsApp is updated before using this interesting feature
Open WhatsApp, then select the Updates tab. Your screen's "Find Channels" option can be found there. Just tap on it
There will be a list of accessible channels, including PM Narendra Modi's. Tap the + sign next to his channel's name to join
As an alternative, you can manually search for the channel using the search icon in the top-right corner of your screen, or you can just click here
Emojis are a convenient way for people to respond and provide comment on a post on a channel. The followers won't see how you respond
For a period of up to 30 days, WhatsApp channel admins are free to update and modify their content; however, prior updates are then immediately deleted from the platform's servers
