WhatsApp Channel is a  one-way broadcasting  feature that enables  managers to share a  variety of content types with their followers, including  text, multimedia, and polls

WhatsApp Channels are accessible through a  dedicated tab called  "Updates," apart from your  regular chats with family,  friends, and communities

Ensure that WhatsApp  is updated before using  this interesting feature

Open WhatsApp, then select  the Updates tab. Your screen's "Find Channels" option can be found there. Just tap on it

There will be a list of  accessible channels, including  PM Narendra Modi's. Tap  the + sign next to his  channel's name to join

As an alternative, you  can manually search for  the channel using the search  icon in the top-right corner of your screen, or you can  just click here

Emojis are a convenient  way for people to respond  and provide comment on  a post on a channel. The  followers won't see how  you respond

For a period of up to 30  days, WhatsApp channel  admins are free to update  and modify their content;  however, prior updates are then immediately  deleted from the  platform's servers
