Qutub Minar illuminated in  Mexican flag

To commemorate Mexico's Independence Day,  Qutub Minar in the nation's  the capital was illuminated  in the colors of the  Mexican flag

On India's Independence  Day over the past few years,  the Tricolour has been  illuminated on Qutub Minar, a UNESCO World  Heritage Site

On September 16th,  Mexico celebrated its  213th year of independence

Qutub Minar the famous   landmark from the 13th century was decorated with Mexican flag colours

Embassy of Mexico in  India shared the images  on Saturday and  posted Twitter

“Qutub Minar, which dates  back to the 13th century and  is a UNESCO World Heritage  Site, was  illuminated  in the national  colors of Mexico

"Very proud to see the national colours of Mexico illuminate  some of the great historical  sites of Delhi as a sign of t he strong friendship."  mexican ambassador

On Independence Day,  Jaishankar sent wishes and underlined India's dedication  to "privileged partnership".

EAM stated on X, "Reaffirm  our Commitment to Our  Privileged Partnership."
