The mantra OM, which is usually chanted throughout Hindu ceremonies and worship is a vibration.
"opening up to the cosmos, " the ancient Indians attained this tone through meditation
Om has been a part of every religion in some capacity. Shalom, amen, omkar, and so on.
The magnificent verse "Ek omkar sath naam" from the Guru Granth Saheb states that "OM is everything, everything has come from OM, everything dwells in OM, and into it all will dissolve."
the frequency of OM is exactly the same as the frequency of Earth's rotation around its own exis so in some sense earth is reciting OM
Om is thought to be the universe's underlying sound. When we chant Om, we are spiritually and physically in tune with the different elements of nature and the cosmos because the frequency of energy nites all things.
The OM mantra stimulates the neurological system, pharynx, and spinal cord. It calms you down and causes your thinking to slow down. Consequently, the blood pressure also rises.
Yogis assert that when you chant, you unite yoursel with the cosmos and may even help your chakras align.
Chanting is said to promote tranquility, concentration improvement, and mental clarity
