Bengaluru is currently a sea of pink with the much-anticipated rosy trumpets.

Scientifically known as Tabebuia rosea or pink poui is blooming across the city.

Often mistaken for the famed Sakura cherry blossoms of Japan, the pink trumpets are an exotic species native to South America, known as Tabebuia Avellanedae.

Bengaluru – which is otherwise the technology capital of India, is looking like a hill station because of these flowers.

The tech capital of India is transported to some pink land it seems.

It is not just this year, these flower give the tech city a shade of pink every year.
